The company «Geocom LTD» was established in 2000. The main activities of the company were exploration and development of deposits in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2005, the Geocom LTD company diversified its business and began cooperation with KazGeCO LLP on the basis of an agreement on joint activities. Geocom LTD provided qualified personnel of geophysicists, surveyors, geologists and performed the project management off the whole works, aimed at studying the geological structure of the earth’s crust and searching for oil and gas prospective structures. Seismic exploration with explosive and non-explosive sources in various modifications, including high-resolution seismic exploration, are used as a key geophysical method. At the production base of KazGeCO LLP, more than 50 projects have been completed on land by Geocom LTD, in the transit zone and in the mountains in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tajikistan and Georgia.
